Registration Contract Terms and Conditions	الشروط و الأحكام الخاصة بتسجيل الطالب
Registration is complete only upon submitting the required documents, passing the placement tests, (signing a Pledge of Support as required), and paying the relevant term fees.	التسجيل:لا يعتبر الطالب مسجلاً في المدرسة والعقد جارٍ بين المدرسة وولي الأمر إلا بعد تقديم كامل بيانات العائلة وتسليم الأوراق المطلوبة للتسجيل واجتياز امتحان القبول (وتوقيع تعهد دعم أكاديمي عند الحاجة لذلك)ودفع الرسوم المستحقة.
Withholding reports/results and transfer certificates is a school right in the event that school fees are not settled.	حجب الشهادات: يحق للمدرسة حجب التقرير الفصلي أو النتائج النهائية أو الامتناع عن اصدار شهادة نقل حتى تسوية الرسوم المدرسية المستحقة.
Parents are expectedto follow up on their children’s progress and provide academic and pastoral support as needed	الدعم:تتوقع الإدارة من ولي الأمر متابعة تقدم أبنائه في جميع الجوانب و توفير الدعم الأكاديمي و الرعوي اللازم لهم عند الحاجة لذلك.
Communicationbetween the school and the parents is via the portal, scheduled parent-teacher meetings and/or booked appointments.	التواصلبين المدرسة وولي الأمر يتم عن طريق البوابة الإلكترونية واجتماعات أولياء الأمور التي تحددها المدرسة أو عن طريق تحديد موعد مسبق.
The portal username and password sent to parents are property of the parent only and should NOT be shared with anyone including students who receive their own portal access.	البوابة الإلكترونية: اسم المستخدم والرقم السري الخاص بالبوابة الإلكترونية هو حساب خاص لولي الأمر فقط ولا يجب مشاركته مع الآخرين خاصة الطلاب حيث يوجد حساب خاص على البوابة الإلكترونية لكل طالب يستلمه من الأكاديمية.
The school policiesand the student handbook are published on the portal. Parents are responsible for reading and abiding by them.	السياسات: يتوفر كل من دليل الطالب و سياسات المدرسة على البوابة الإلكترونية. وتقع على ولي الأمر مسؤولية الاطلاع على هذه الملفات باستمرار والتأكد من الإلتزام بما يرد فيهما.
Students' absenceis recorded daily on eSIS.(10) consecutive or (15) non-consecutive days of unexcused absence result in student expulsion. Trips/events days are instructional, if not attended; students must attend classes at school. Early dismissal and tardiness are NOT allowed.	غياب الطلاب: يتم ادخال غياب الطلاب على نظام ال eSIS يومياً. غياب 10 أيام متصلة أو 15 يوم متقطعة بدون عذر مبرر موثق يؤدي الى فصل الطالب. في حال عدم ذهاب الطالب للرحلات/الأنشطة عليه/ها الحضورللمدرسة لحضور حصصه الدراسية. لا يسمح بالحضور المتأخر والإنصراف المبكر.
Exemplary studentbehavioris expected from all students at all times on campus/bus and during school trips/events. GIPA has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying of all forms.	السلوك المتميز الإيجابيهو أمر متوقع من جميع الطلاب أثناء تواجدهم بالحرم المدرسي أو الحافلة المدرسية و أثناء الرحلات أو الفعاليات المدرسية. و لا تقبل إدارة الأكاديمية التنمر بأي شكل من الأشكال.
Students will be charged for any damage/loss they cause to the school property including iPads given to selected grades.	يجب على جميع الطلاب احترام ممتلكات المدرسة و سيتحمل الطالب غرامة مالية في حال أضاع أو أتلف ممتلكات المدرسة التي تشمل أجهزة الأيباد التي تعطىها المدرسة لبعض الصفوف.
GIPA has a zero-tolerance policy forcheating and plagiarism. A student will receive NO credit/marks for copied/plagiarized work or for cheating during exams.	الغش و سرقة الملكية الفكرية:يمنع الغش بالأكاديمية بجميع صوره و من ضمنها عدم حفظ حقوق الملكية الفكرية. يتم حرمان الطالب من امتحان المادة ويرصد له صفر في امتحان المادة أو أي واجبات أو مهام منقولة.
Students shouldshow up to school in proper and clean uniformincludingtrips/activities.	.على جميع الطلاب الالتزام بالزي المدرسي حتى أثناء الرحلات المدرسية و الأنشطة اللاصفية.
Students are NOT allowed to bringmobile phones and/or electronic devices to school.	لا يسمح للطلاب احضار الهواتف النقالة أو الأجهزة الإلكترونية الخاصة إلى المدرسة و سيتم مصادرتها في حال احضارها.
Taking photos,video/audio recording inschool, or miss-use of tablets/laptops on campus/trips/ events by students/parents are totally prohibited.	يمنع التقاط الصور أو التسجيلات المرئية و الصوتيةأو إساءة استخدام الأجهزة اللوحية أو الحاسوب في الحرم المدرسي والرحلات أو الفعاليات المدرسية من قبل الطلاب و أولياء الأمور.
Students’ photostaken by selected staff during school daily activities will be used in the school activities.	يحق للمدرسة استخدام الصور التي يتم التقاطها للطلاب بالمدرسة أثناء الأنشطة المدرسية اليومية.
A search of studentlockers, book bags, electronic devices and students themselves may be conducted by the administration for reasonable cause and safety measures.	قد يقوم أعضاء الإدارةالمدرسية بعمليات تفتيش للطلاب و خزاناتهم و حقائبهم المدرسية و أجهزتهم الإلكترونية لأسباب تتعلق بالأمن والسلامة العامة مراعيةً فيها ضوابط التفتيش الشخصي عندما يتوفر سبب مقنع لذلك.
